Extended service time may be allotted for an additional fee.
- Contractor: Service period ranges from one day to four weeks. Extended service time may be allotted for an additional fee.

Heavy Materials: sod, dirt, rock, gravel, concrete, asphalt, and etc. Terms per container size are as follows: - 4cy BIN- This BIN can be filled to the top (flush with top of BIN) with heavy material. For placement and lifting purposes, BINS must be aware of heavy material being placed in this BIN when the order is placed.
- 6cy BIN- No Heavy Materials are accepted in our 6cy BIN, a Heavy Material Fine will be assessed.
- 8cy BIN- No Heavy Materials are accepted in our 8cy BIN, a Heavy Material Fine will be assessed.
- 10cy Roll-off This Roll-off can be filled to the top (flush with top of roll-off) with heavy material.
- 12cy Roll-off This Roll-off can be filled to the top (flush with top of roll-off) with heavy material. Over six tons will be charge a ton rate on those tons over six.
- 12cy, 15cy, 20cy, 30cy and 40cy Roll off- No Heavy Materials are accepted in these roll offs. Any of these roll offs that are over six tons will be charge a ton rate on those tons over four.
Government RestrictionsHazardous Waste Fine $150.00ea- BINS and our partners will not accept any hazardous, radioactive or toxic materials as defined by any applicable State or Federal Law (i.e. paint, oil, chemicals, asbestos, herbicides, pesticide, etc…). Any damages, fines or other sums incurred due to such materials will be the sole responsibility of the customer. BINS and our partners are required by Law to report any unlawful disposal of such materials.
- No Computers or Monitors will be accepted, due to their classification from the EPA as extremely hazardous material (mercury & lead content). A minimum $5,000 fine could be incurred from the EPA.
Restricted Non-Hazardous Special Waste $ 50.00ea- BINS and our partners will not accept appliances containing refrigerants, tires, railroad ties and all liquids. BINS and our partners reserve the right to refuse any material at our discretion. Any damages, fines or other sums incurred due to such materials will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
