  13. BINS and its Partners always take normal precautions while delivering and picking-up BINS and Roll Offs. However, delivery trucks are large and heavy, and the condition of your driveway along with changing weather conditions can make your driveway, sidewalk or yard vulnerable to damage.
  14. BINS and its partners will not be liable for any damage to driving surfaces and/or property damage resulting from its trucks servicing the agreed upon area.

Customer warrants that this waste contains no hazardous or radioactive material, as these terms are defined by any applicable State or Federal Law, and agree to indemnify BINS and its Partners for any damages, fines or other sums BINS and its Partners may be required to pay if this waste does contain such material.
